Returns & Exchanges

At Headstash menace , we take pride in providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist within the guidelines outlined below.

14-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
  • Returned items must include all original accessories, components, and documentation

Returns requested after the 14-day window may not be approved.


Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective due to shipping or manufacturing issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost to the customer.


Customer-Caused Damage

Replacement parts or product replacements are only covered by the merchant when damage occurs during shipping or arrives as a verified manufacturer defect.

Any damage caused by:

  • Improper handling
  • Misuse
  • Accidental damage
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Neglect or improper storage

will not qualify for complimentary replacement coverage.

In these situations, the customer will be responsible for purchasing any necessary replacement parts or components.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Used or visibly worn products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Products missing original packaging or components
