Production & Processing Times
All orders placed through HEADSTASH MENACE are made to order and require a production and processing window of 7–14 business days before shipment.
Please note:
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays
- Processing times may vary during high-volume releases, holidays, or promotional events
- Shipping transit times are separate from production times
By placing an order through this website, you acknowledge and agree to the stated production timeframe of 7–14 business days prior to shipment.
Shipping Information
Once your order has completed production and has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please ensure that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate. HEADSTASH MENACE is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated processing and shipping timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as:
- Carrier delays
- Severe weather
- Supply chain interruptions
- Holiday demand
- spikes in demand
- Customs processing (for international orders)
may occasionally impact delivery times.
Headstash menace is not liable for shipping delays once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Headstash menace is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you experience an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution if eligible.
